'Halychyna Lviv Lviv was a Ukrainian football club from Lviv, Ukraine. It was founded in 2001 as the third tier team FC Karpaty Lviv, considered their junior squad with players aged less than 20, that began playing in 2001 in the Druha Liha Group A.
Karpaty-3 existence came into being when in 2001 the senior club FC Karpaty Lviv took over FC Lviv[1], another club in the city of Lviv and converted them into FC Karpaty-2 Lviv as their 2nd tier team, while the original second team of FC Karpaty Lviv became FC Karpaty-3 Lviv. Karpaty-3 continued competing in the Druha Liha between 2001-2004 as FC Karpaty Lviv's 3rd tier team.
In 2003 FC Karpaty-3 Lviv merged with FC Halychyna Drohobych and was known as FC Halychyna-Karpaty Lviv. At the end of the season the club was disbanded when FC Karpary-2 Lviv were relegated into the Druha Liha Group A.
In 2007 a new club was reestablished under the name of FC Halychyna Lviv and started at amateur level.
